RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 3 days from the purchased date provided that the item has not been used, damaged, washed and that the item is in the original condition with packaging and tags.

All COD (cash on delivery) item returns must be informed then and there to [email protected] at the time of collecting the item.

Return Conditions

You have 3 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly get in touch with us within 3 days of receipt.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Returns will be made at your own cost.

Returns Procedure

Please contact +94 777 907 797, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

A courier will be arranged to collect the return item from you.

Please also note that there will be a 300 LKR delivery charge for exchange and we only allow one exchange occurrence. The goods have to be in its original format with the tags intact.
Exchange processing may take up to 2 working days.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
You can either purchase a new product or get a aptember.com voucher for the same value
Please note we don’t accept discounted items for exchange or returns.
Refunds

Though we do not do any refunds, we will be happy offer you credit voucher for a future purchase. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit once the inspection is done. If your credits are approved, you will receive an e mail with the voucher code within a certain amount of days.
