We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. While we ensure the highest quality in terms of our products, if in case you’re not happy we will assist you through the process.

Here is everything you need to know about our exchange process.

Return Conditions

  • Exchanges/returns are eligible within 3 days after receiving the package. (This means once you receive your order you have 3 days to inform us by writing back to your order confirmation on email, reaching out on Instagram/WhatsApp/fb)
  • Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
  • Please note Inner wear items will not be eligible for returns due to hygiene concerns
  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition
  • If the desired exchange product is out of stock, Store credit will be issued which can be used at any point valid up to 6 months.
  • Cost of the exchange courier will have to borne by you at the standard rate of LKR 399/-
  • We would send our courier with your exchange product, all you have to do is handover the product you have to the exchange courier and pay cash for the delivery charges.
  • If you are not happy with the product, you could always return it for Store credits. Provided the return standards and conditions are met

Returns Procedure

1. Please contact +94 777 907 797, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. A courier will be arranged to collect the return item from you.
4. Please also note that there will be a 300 LKR delivery charge for exchange and we only allow one exchange occurrence. The goods have to be in its original format with the tags intact.
5. Exchange processing may take up to 2 working days.
6. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
7. You can either purchase a new product or get a aptember.com voucher for the same value
8. Please note we don’t accept discounted items for exchange or returns.


Though we do not do any refunds, we will be happy offer you credit voucher for a future purchase. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit once the inspection is done. If your credits are approved, you will receive an e mail with the voucher code within a certain amount of days.
